Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

The terms for browsing, ordering and resolving issues with Barq.

Read these terms together with the linked policies.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

1. Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have capacity to enter the purchase or appropriate authorisation. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s details or attempt unauthorised access.

2. Products and pricing

Read the product description, pack quantity, dimensions and care guidance before ordering. Images and screen colours may vary, but goods must correspond to the applicable description. Prices are in PKR. The final amount, including disclosed charges and discounts, must be available before payment. Availability and material pricing errors may require review before an order is accepted.

3. Orders and acceptance

Online checkout is currently unavailable. The shopping bag is a browsing convenience, not a confirmed order. No order or payment is created through the current checkout. The order and payment provisions below govern purchases only when those services are made available.

Submitting an order or authorising a payment does not by itself establish acceptance or dispatch. Orders are reviewed against availability, serviceability and verified payment status. Keep your order reference and checkout contact details; guest checkout does not require an account.

4. Payments and unlawful activity

Use only authorised payment instruments. Stolen details, false receipts, payment manipulation, money laundering and any other unlawful transaction are prohibited. Successful payment must be verified against the correct order reference, amount and currency; screenshots and browser messages alone are insufficient. Where reasonable concerns exist, fulfilment may be held for proportionate review, declined or cancelled. Necessary records may be shared with relevant providers or competent authorities when lawful. These measures cannot guarantee prevention of every illegal transaction and do not constitute a claim of regulatory or payment-provider approval.

5. Payment safety and disputed charges

Never provide support with a PIN, CVV, OTP, full card number or banking password. Report suspected unauthorised charges to your issuer immediately and then contact us. Lawful provider dispute rights remain available. Verified payments on cancelled orders are reviewed for refund or reversal; funds are not confiscated as a penalty. See our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery and cancellation

Delivery is subject to serviceability. Estimates start after dispatch and are not guarantees. Give an accurate address and reachable phone number. Cancellation options depend on fulfilment and payment status. See the Shipping Policy and Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Eligible return requests are reviewed within seven calendar days after recorded delivery; report missing items or included parts within 48 hours. Await authorisation before returning goods. Refund times start after approval and provider submission. Warranty is product-specific. Read Returns & Refunds and the Warranty Policy for the full conditions.

8. Privacy and site content

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain relevant information handling. Site text, artwork and branding may be used for personal shopping; other reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.

9. Service limitations and responsibility

Access may be interrupted and information errors may need correction. Responsibility for any loss is assessed under applicable law and the relevant transaction circumstances. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or permits misleading descriptions or unlawful handling of payments.

10. Changes and disputes

Terms may be updated for future use. Changes do not remove rights already arising from an accepted order. Applicable Pakistani law governs purchases, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of competent authorities or courts. Start with our Complaints Procedure if you need a review. The website development credit does not identify the legal seller.

11. Applicable compliance and merchant responsibilities

Website use and any accepted purchase must comply with applicable Pakistani law, mandatory consumer protections and restrictions lawfully applicable to the transaction. Rules of an authorised payment provider apply when that provider is actually used; they do not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The store’s digital presence and shared enquiry service are managed by TN Business Solutions Pvt LTD. Before an enabled purchase is completed, the relevant seller or merchant identity, amount, payment route and applicable conditions must be clear. A website development credit alone is not proof of payment-provider approval or the identity of a merchant account.

12. AML/CFT, sanctions and prohibited activity

Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) requirements apply to the relevant parties where required by law. You must not use the store to move or disguise unlawful funds, finance terrorism, evade applicable sanctions, buy or sell prohibited goods, use stolen payment instruments or submit false receipts or identity information.

Do not structure, split or misdescribe a transaction to evade a lawful check, impersonate a customer or divert refunds to an unrelated account. The store may refuse or suspend a proposed transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect such conduct or where proceeding would breach applicable law or the rules of a provider involved.

13. Verification, review and lawful reporting

Where relevant and legally justified, the store may ask for proportionate clarification of a customer’s identity, authorisation to use a payment instrument or the purpose of a transaction. An authorised provider may carry out its own know-your-customer (KYC) checks when required. Any sensitive documents must use a confirmed, appropriate channel rather than the general contact form.

Inconsistent transaction references, unusual refund instructions or disputed payment authority may require a manual review. When payment services are enabled, confirmation must come from the relevant provider and match the order, amount and currency. A screenshot or customer-submitted receipt alone is not proof of settled funds.

Relevant records may be preserved and information may be shared with providers or competent authorities only on a lawful basis and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. These terms do not claim universal automated screening, financial-service licensing or certification by a payment provider.

14. Reviews, refunds and rights that remain available

A compliance review does not authorise confiscating a payment, imposing an undisclosed penalty or denying a mandatory consumer remedy. Any hold, cancellation, reversal or refund must follow applicable law and the authority and rules of the relevant merchant and provider. Refunds should use the original verified route where supported, with proportionate checks for any lawful exception.

Where lawful and appropriate, you may ask for an explanation or another review through the Complaints Procedure. Legal reporting or investigation restrictions may limit the detail that can be shared. Rights to approach a payment provider, competent regulator, consumer-protection body or court remain available where applicable.
